How Do I Know If I Am Going To Heaven?
If you've ever thought about what happens after you die, you've probably asked yourself this question.

What we believe
The Bible is Holy
The KJV Bible
The Bible is the verbally-inspired Word of God, from Genesis to Revelation.
The Trinity
The Godhead
God is three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Ghost - and yet, he is only one being. He is perfect, sovereign, and omniscient.
Jesus
God, in the flesh
Jesus was born of a virgin, and lived a sinless, perfect life. He died and rose again to be our substitute in death, and rose again to give us assurance of our redemption.
Salvation
For everyone, for ever
Salvation is free for everyone, through grace and Jesus Christ alone. Once saved, you can never lose your salvation.
Heaven and Hell
Both are real
Both Heaven and Hell are real places. When a person dies, his soul goes to one of the two places. Heaven for the saved, and Hell for the unbelieving.
The Church
Congregation of Believers
The church is a visible congregation of baptized believers, following and practicing the principles given in the New Testament.

Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Jeremy Dahlquist
Pastor Jeremy has served as our pastor since 2023. He and his wife Michelle got married in 2007, and have four children: Tyler, Chloe, Kyle, and Zoe.
Pastor Jeremy grew up in a Christian home in Phoenix, Arizona where, at the age of eighteen, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. While in the Marine Corps, he was assigned to his duty station in Washington D.C. where he attended Independent Baptist Church of Clinton, Maryland. When he was honorably discharged, he decided to stay in the suburbs of Washington D.C. and serve at IBC where, in 2006, he met Michelle, it only took a couple of months, and in 2007 they were married. They had their four kids from 2008 to 2013, while they served at IBC, where they served together until 2016. In late 2015, while on a work trip to a Pacific island nation, Jeremy felt a burden for the people. When he returned from the trip, he discussed his burden with his wife; they prayed and asked God for guidance on what to do. It was in early 2016 that they felt God calling them into missions. They began full time missions the same year. They continued on deputation for 3 years, until 2019, when overwhelmingly, while at a church in Davison, Michigan, God's will was shown to them again. That being he wanted them to stay there, and for Jeremy to become the youth pastor, where he was unanimously voted in, and became an ordained minister. In 2023, he felt God's moving again, he consulted his head pastor, who guided him to follow God's calling; and after praying with Michelle, he answered God's moving in his life and became our pastor.
